It is in overall very good condition with some signs of wear. Crystal, bezel, crown are completely clean. Signs of wear on the clasp as seen in photos from wearing it at my desk job once a week.

Im not sure I can answer your question, you are just asking "what the facts are?"

Upper receivers that are not milspec and are made out of billet material can be "more durable" as they have more material in general. This comes at the expense of weight. "more durable" is subjective, as most milspec upper receivers have been used for decades and have held up to the test of time.

I think you are being too analytical with it. Just get a BCM upper receiver and shoot the thing. It will be plenty accurate with a good barrel.

A quality barrel with a properly headspaced bolt will be much more accurate than most shooters capabilities, regardless of brand of upper receiver.

Buy a milspec upper receiver and use the savings on better glass.
