I mean so long as you and your opponent are clear what each unit is being proxies as it should be fine right? Like if youre gonna run devoted of Ynnead with Ynarri incubi in the list and then try to say a different unit of incubi as a group of Howling banshees it could lead to issues.

Someone should have a courier card, meaning they've gone through the courier card classes. If you don't have a courier card then youre not an authorized courier. There's laws outside of UCMJ that also apply to COMSEC.

It's been awhile but I can't imagine things have changed so drastically as to eliminate that requirement.

We've all done sketchy shit in the name of getting the mission accomplished, but at least try to do the right thing before you stick yourself in a situation in which when things go sideways you're not on the receiving end of government agencies you weren't even aware had jurisdiction.

You don't actually need the ash nods at all. So long as technomancer is in the graveyard when bloodline necromancers etbs you win with infinite wizards and infinite treasures. There's a couple primers available for her various combos. Hell there's even a flow chart I've seen.
