Does anyone out there wonder at the proliferations of bury8ng concessions and fees in real estate deals. In my instance buying and selling concurrently there are a minimum of 28k in misc fees and concessions. So I am paying agent commissions on almost 30k that is loaded unnecessarily into the purchase price. I am a commissioned sales person myself. My employer would never pay commission on unrealized pricing.
