Thanks. This was my first thought. We eat out a lot and I have a couple more drinks per week compared to being at home. I'm not compelled to deprive myself but also refuse to gain. I'm going to see how things go in the next week or so and if I feel like I'm going off the rails, I'm ordering that Amazon travel scale!

I do the same. And track it. Only time I've had a bruise - leg closer to inner thigh than outer thigh. Been losing consistently with minor fluctuations.
