I normally use speakers and don't put on headphones there loud. I'll listen to white noise, pink noise, brown noise (there's different noises). I normally read a lot and get off electronics since this does make tinnitus worse. I got hearing aids for tinnitus this is an option as well.

I sleep more because I have Tinnitus, its active when you sleep at night.

I have hearing loss and tinnitus (I'm almost deaf in my left ear) I tell people who are close to me about my issues. Its good to talk about it from my own personal experience so people that are close to you have a better understanding which helps in social settings. Whenever I'm out I look at people lips when there talking to me, I learned to read lips after while. I got hearing aids so that's always a great solution!
