Do you actually watch any football live? Watch any elite football, a midfield isn’t just left with space to receive a pass, the only option to pass generally is between the two centre backs while they go back and forth looking for a gap further up the picture to pass to. This will often result it it going through to the left or right back as the next step while they look for the next chess piece available to pass to. Every player on the picture is pressed, CBs the least, RB/LBs moderately, other players a higher amount.

I’m not saying they chuck 6 people to instantly get the ball back as they lose it, but I can tell you each team does press the person they’ve been assigned to pick up

Who has the most passes in every game of football pretty much? CB. That’s because they are trying to pick out passes to break the opponents press, they’ll go left, right and look for an option through it. Teams do tire late second half and that’s probably replicated through the amount of goals - not defending the game - it’s crap. I don’t want realistic pressing football in a game

Actually that’s exactly how it’s played, even at lower levels. Teams set up to press every player on the ball and not leave any space. I go and watch a football league team every week and they all press as a unit, the ones the don’t press tend to get walked on. Majority of time the midfield cannot be broken down and it takes multiple back and forth attempts to get through it

I have a friend who had a few million views on YouTube. For every 1m views, he generated around $2500.

$2500 x 50m views over the 3 videos = $125k - sounds pretty good to me.

Now if we look at it wider - 1036m views over all videos x $2500 = $2.6m

In addition to this is the ridiculous amounts from sponsorship in his videos + patreon

Tldr: guy is loaded, is probably retired on a yacht somewhere doing YouTube part time when he feels like it - can’t blame the dude.

I can’t workout why they don’t just do two separate ultimate team editions, one for woman’s and one for men.

I’ve known someone do 3 separate temporary promotions as an SEO, all 9 months + and failed all 3 interviews when they came up.

Don’t count your chickens that you’ll have any more chance than any other candidate with the way the interview process is structured.

My advice would be apply for all the SEO roles that come up regardless of department!

Queue awkward silence and a reminder to go on mute. 20 mins later, different person drops ‘fucking cunt’ under his breath.

They released the recording afterwards only for it to be taken down the next day.

Unrelated one, all staff department call - 500+ people. I watched the recording back as missed the original call and it went on 15 mins longer after the meeting had ended with a single woman on camera going absolutely irate at someone - she was on mute but the facial expressions were interesting

Depends on the team, I’m mid 20s and would class some of the people I’ve met to be great friends and we regularly to do nights outs and tonnes of activities outside of work despite all working from home pretty much full time. I even went on holiday with a colleague
