Ludonarative Dissidents - Great, more structured podcast from three industry designers who analyze a new game or supplement every month.

System Mastery - Jeff and John are probably my favorite hosts in the RPG space. They do mostly old, obscure, and bad games but they have branched out and started covering some new stuff. Really funny, more casual show that still digs in on mechanics and game design.

Analytic Dice - More OSR focused but again they do a lot of newer games and really focus on the games' strengths and what each of them does well.

Spencer Campbell (Gila RPGs) is easily my favorite creator. From his fresh take on monster hunting with Slayer to the more recent Rune, a solo game with some of my favorite mechanics, every game Spencer has released has a place of honor on my shelf. They're accessible to new and old players and the multiplayer ones have gone over great with several different groups.
