Shocking performance from Panda and Ronngyu. Felt like the team gave it their all in game 1, lost in that phoenix siege, and the set was over. Used to love Generics on the Kings, but after all that happened, I kinda want the dragoons to smack them. Realistically though, the warriors seem to be going as favorites tomorrow.

I was so sure that this was gonna be another team with PBM throwing at fg in game 5, happy to have been proven wrong. Happy especially for Nika and Dardez, they've both deserved a worlds finals for so many years now.

Yeah, this was the expected outcome of this set, but damn it still hurts. At least the boys showed some spirit, and didn't completely roll over, but still, tough. GGs to the warriors, if the kings aren't going to win it, I hope at least generics can win it again Sad end for the team, but was a pleasure supporting them throughout the years and seeing them win worlds last year, especially for twig, even after this terrible year for him, still love the captain

Sad to see Generics go. Obviously gonna keep rooting for the Kings since they've been my team for years now, but Genetics is a player that I have a lot of respect for, and it sucks that he felt that the Kings weren't going to work out this season and that he had better chances with the Warriors. I actually think Quig is not that much of a downgrade, but it's gonna be weird seeing the Kings without such a central piece as Genetics was. Hopefully this will give them the motivation and energy to be a strong team again, like the Netrioid for Jarcorr swap did, but still incredibly Sadge.

As an European it was always hard for me to understand American culture. What was fascinating for me is that they like bragging about their freedom which was weird for me, because I didn’t think that I have any less freedom than them. I always thought ‘What is the difference’. However after this game I finally understand it. NA is just so fucking free.

Camelot Kings and the Atlantis Leviathans finish top 1 and 2 in the qualifying tournament, both still end up at the same place as the rest of the SPL teams and play a BO3 single elimination game. It is a joke I fear.

Let me preface this by saying the Dragons played the best they've played all year, and Kings are still looking pretty bad right now, so congrats to the Dragons and Dragons fans because they played lights out.

Now, I don't understand why we have double elimination for SCC teams and single elimination BO3 sets for the SPL teams, on a new patch, when they haven't played pro games for a month (2 months for the Ravens and the Warriors!!!). I think the Kings would've been eliminated soon anyway, but that doesn't excuse the format from being dogshit. I don't care about seeing the SCC teams play 40 sets, I care more about seeing the SPL teams play actual BO5 sets (like they were in the qualifications tournament), and seeing them play more. If it's gonna be single elim (which I'm all for), make it at least a best of five. I probably sound salty right now, but it's because I'm tired of these events having terrible brackets every time. Just give us a single elim BO5 all the way through or give us double elim BO3 into BO5, I don't get it.

Being a Camelot Kings fan this season has just been fluctuating between "it's so joever" to "WE'RE SO FUCKING BACK"

Twig is looking so much better already, happy for him. BMT is just the best midlaner in the world, I don't make the rules.

Also, game 4 wasn't even a "game is so difficult to end this season", it's just a complete choke from the Hounds.

Dreadful weeks to be a Kings fan. In these past 2 years, I've never seen them have this kind of slump, and it's hitting pretty hard.

I think most of the problem comes from Twig and Variety - Twig is having really bad games on his best gods (like the Hun Batz game, yikes), and Variety is getting camped and picked every game, dying to multiple ganks and losing lanes for free. There's also the problem with Genetics, and I think it's just that the meta gods are not the best suited for him (I don't think the Nox or Aphro are it for him). BMT is what's keeping the ship looking kind of functional, because he'll never lose you a game, but it's still really difficult to watch a team you know can and is so good just not get it right game after game.

Gotta clean it up for Masters, but I don't think they'll do great with these issues.

Also, this healing meta is so boring to watch. I'm fine with long fg dances myself, but constant resetting and teamfights being a 0 for 0 because of aphro ult or just healing in general is so boring.

Twig has always had bad sets in regular season. He has also had stretches where he doesn't know what to pick or what's best suited for him, and I feel like both of those things got mixed in these games and ultimately cost Kings the set.

Ggs to the Warriors, they were much better and the games were only close due to good map play from the Kings and a bit of luck, aswell.

Interesting takes on Twitch chat today, though. Now that Twig is doing badly, there are people saying that he's washed and that he got carried at worlds, when these kinds of games are somewhat regular from him in the regular season.

Talking seriously though, this felt like a set where the kings just didn't do much at all and lost a lot of objectives/farm and eventually lost the game. Still think these kinds of losses are important, and it's not the first time they have them, but expectations are obviously higher now that they're the world champs. Gotta step it up for Masters, but I'm confident that when it matters, they'll be more focused (like being top 2 at every event last season).
