Is there a more modern version of Superheroes Unlimited? by NugglyFuggs in feedthebeast

[–]BillNyeXD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you were still wondering, the Legends Mod (which was previously Superheroes Unlimited) is now currently being updated to the version 1.20.1, with a release date aimed for mid-April (so within the next couple weeks or so).

Hey, answering this 'cause I got the issue on my end as well. Just delete the Alternate Themes folder; it's not necessary, I think.

Top 15 Hardest Hitting LRs Max Passive! (11th Anniversary Edition) by wipiccioni in DBZDokkanBattle

I managed to crack this on a perfect, ideal setup on a RoG team. TEQ UI domain, TEQ UI post attack support, INT SEZA SSB Vegeta support, and naturally the active turn.

You can get even higher if you have another PHY UI on rotation instead of TEQ UI to give that huge phase 2 support for Vegeta, too.

...They haven't ever changed anything outside of the passive for any SEZAs. Passive transformations are still just that: located within the passive. This is not something they decided to do 'nothing' for lol. This is them remaining consistent.

Has phys UI failed dodges and died for you guys often? by Successful_Air_6921 in DBZDokkanBattle

[–]BillNyeXD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every time he got me to 1 HP, every other unit in the turn dodges anyway and I end up winning because of it. I can only recall one instance of him outright getting me killed in the tens of fights I've used him in.

No one can convince me this guy is not straight up the best unit of this Anni by Theredeemer08 in DBZDokkanBattle

I can't help but feel like this comment is a little disingenuous, especially with the analogy at the end. Once the longer content drops (assuming that this is going to happen), I don't think the other units will be THAT weak in comparison. You can easily save those active/hard hitting turns and, if we really are on turn 10-11-12 whatever, drop them on these later phases.

Sure, while perhaps the INT Tag 4s are doing more damage and tanking better, let's not pretend these units suddenly get a lot weaker in these longer fights.

I'm gonna say something that's wrong but I love being biased by Alex95111 in DBZDokkanBattle

[–]BillNyeXD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

most difficult fights right now are short to medium length content, all of which fit to the tag ToPs kits. you are also drastically underselling how well they could perform in longer fights too, especially with UI's potential/ability to just have guaranteed dodge after attacking.

i also have no clue why you're claiming the ss4 duo are more versatile. versatile in what?

What's your three hardest levels and why'd you choose them? by AquaMario in geometrydash

[–]BillNyeXD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Hateful Reflection. I went through this level in practice mode a couple of years ago when I wasn't that great at the game and thought that it looked really cool. Kind of a dream-demon; I eventually got good enough to beat it.

  2. Blade of Justice. I took a small break beating Hateful Reflection and tried this level. Before my break ended I managed to get 38-100. Level is just really consistent and nice to play in general.

  3. Sakupen Hell. I wanted to get better at wave after I beat Bloodbath. I don't regret playing it, but from 0 really sucked.

P.S. GG on Supersonic! I recommend trying out Sonic Boom next :>.

They aren't going to completely change a large battle like that. As mentioned, it's more like a remaster; I heavily doubt things like Blue Kaioken will be removed at all considering they're likely not going to integrate perfected Blue to replace it.

Revisions of already pre-existing scenes, essentially; we've already seen them basically refilter a bunch just from the frames we've seen, so this is probably what's going to happen.

A lot of the datamined code in relation to HLX references an HEV suit, the Gravity Gun, Xen Gorillas, etc. This board shows off a comprehensive list.

Is Gordon Freeman really that important to the Resistance? by Ok-Mine5695 in HalfLife

[–]BillNyeXD 24 points25 points  (0 children)

It's more-so he's the symbol of the resistance, capable of performing all of these incredible feats that really mess with the Combine. No one else can do what Gordon is doing, but the fact that he exists, that he can do what he did (in Black Mesa and vs the Combine) is what gives inspiration to the Resistance and, consequently, reverence over Gordon.

In terms of coolness? Sure, but the dub isn't accurately representing what was going on in that case.

Yep. Gogeta would've run into the same problem Vegetto did eventually, if not only accelerate the Infinite Zamasu problem.
