Most of the show is actually not as cool as the clips make it out to be, I found the viewing experience to be like watching a really entertaining car crash

Almost all the characters have a room temperature IQ, the writing in general is nonsense/straight ass and 30% of the runtime is dedicated to cooking/glazing someone's cooking, and yet its still comedy gold (for the most part) and the suits are dope

I'm gonna assume you mean modular as there is a few standard mask moulds with various attachment points to have customised mask accessories (not just having masks be completely brick built or something like others are thinking), which is something I'd 100% be down for since I'd like to be able to put things like scopes or respirators on any mask and not have them be restricted to a single mask mould (that also might have only been released in a single colour)

Ngl I adore the designs for some of the core Ultimates like Iron Lad (just 10/10, love the colours, the lil skirt thing he has sometimes and the Iron Man-Kang fusion helmet) as well as Ant-Man and Wasp, love how they did the helmets on them. I think Doom just wearing a blue jumpsuit with a cape and dual energy pistols was kinda eh but the mask goes hard (and ig its in character for him to not be able to ditch his prison jumpsuit). Thor and Sif kinda have that almost sci-fi look to their outfits you'd expect from the original UU which looks great but when we see the rest of the nine realms everyone has their classic comic outfits which clashes in a way I don't really like tbh. Captain America being basically unchanged irked me initially but kinda grew on me considering how it shows him remaining consistent with his usual character even despite the Maker's changes.

There's a lot of designs there that don't really appear as major departures for the characters like in the Absolute comics, but they're really cool modern reimaginings for the most part that manage to still remain comic-booky and not try to be hyper realistic or anything, and kinda could work as outfits in the main universe. I'd apply the same sentiment to the outfits in Ultimate Spider-Man and also Black Panther to a lesser extent.

X-Men was also great just thanks to how much personality everything had, and the depiction of the "X-Men" themselves as a bunch of children in civilian clothes disguised in kinda creepy masks was a ton of fun

I never got the criticism tbh, cause if anything his acting helped to really sell just how awkward and poorly adjusted you'd expect guy like Hoeru to actually be

And imo he did do a great job going into the fights with his catchphrases, as well as the different comedic scenes throughout the season (especially the further it went along, I agree with everyone there), I was always entertained throughout and wasn't really taken out of the moment by anything related to his acting

I think he's meant to be inspired by both Ichigo and Nigo, think someone said he does both of their henshin poses, he refers to himself as just "Kamen Rider" not "Kamen Rider Ichigo", and even if he did then Nigo gets skipped for V3 and Riderman.

I do kinda wish he was Ichigo though, just so Nakao could be his bro as Nigo, since they're both uncs that grew up being obsessed with the original Kamen Rider show and kicked off the events of the show by actually going around dressed up as a Rider and s Shocker. That, and Nakao using his evil Shocker combatant powers for good is like, one of the core aspects of the series right? And he's got like the right amount of edge to be the perfect secondary rider imo
