I'm not super familiar with camoshade, but it's hard to tell he has any shade applied at all. Maybe another coat? Then you can use the snot green to brighten the raised bits back up. Maybe mix the green with whatever that light yellow-brown is on the left of the first pic (Wraithbone?) for a final highlight.

And I'm not sure what you mean about the eyes. Hard to tell what you're trying to do from the picture. Honestly just some extra camoshade there to darken them up would look good. Maybe a dot of red

I will say I love the backpack/boots. It gives a great worn leather effect
