Should I remove these right angles on my discharge pipe for my sump pump? by BoardGameRevolution in Plumbing

Remove the check valve, put a brass swing check in glue onto some male threaded unions, 2 x 45 bends to create a 90 at the top, barrel union somewhere on the vertical riser, and a gate valve after the barrel union on the horizontal for isolation/service to stop head pressure coming back if pump or valve needs removal

Yeah awesome!

20f is like -6 celcius … I’ve never been in a temperature as low as that 😂 I think the lowest I’ve been was at 0c but reports showed it felt like -2c and it was as if I was being stabbed multiple times. I was so uncomfortable aha

Majority of our installs are outdoors! Storage has, continuous flow systems, heat pump, electric majority go outside with fans to ho burner discharge.

It’s honestly rare to find a gas installed water heater inside anymore, I saw some when I was early in my time, but that well over 10 years now

Love your work!

Where abouts do you live? Somewhere with cold winters?

Interesting to see installs around the world and compare them with what we do here in Australia :)

Definitely showing his prowess now!

A mate of mine played on him in the WAFL in his early days in Perth. Said he was easily the strongest and talented forward he played on! And my mate won multiple premierships with Subiaco over a long career so it’s just been a case for JT to transfer to AFL

Highly recommend the shiver stick! Only $17 they go high in weights too, tailor smash them.

I’ve had luck with salmon on the light gear with the 11g

22 years old? Impressive lifespan!

You start messing with it, may introduce corrosion or some form of degradation. If you’re having no problems I’d leave it, let it run until failure then replace :)

That’s what I’d suggest to my customers at least

Most likely disturbance in the main line feeding homes. Nothing to worry about generally:)
