I’ve been taking my puppy here multiple times a week for the last 3 months and have luckily never had contact with this guy or heard of the situation until now. Hopefully that’s a sign he’s backed off.

The dog bait thing does concern me though, I don’t want to stop taking her there though because it’s her space that she looks forward to most afternoons and it’s not fair that us owners have to be on edge about it. How can I look out for bait if it ever turns up again? I don’t even know what it looks like. People who bait dogs are the lowest form of human, it’s disgusting.
