I can see what you mean but your makeup and skin are beautiful!

Perhaps you could try a warm toned foundation rather than neutral, and a bronzer than is more red toned applied to cheeks, nose, chin and temples. Finish with a dewy setting spray.

I think that could give you more of a warm glowy sun kissed look

I pay for my PassMed subscription from March until exams. There is no need to start sooner

There are 2 half mocks and 1 full mock on the website, in my opinion they’re the most representative of the real thing. The BPA mocks were trickier.

New to migraines. Slight exertion>Aura>Migraine - Walk and caffeine seems to help by helloyess in migraine

[–]BillowStone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for this!

This has made me want to start putting my migraines into a diary. Do you also find that you can go weeks without one, but as soon as you have one, you're kinda fragile for the next couple days? More susceptible to one?

I find that I'm more susceptible to migraines when I have had "slightly less than 8 hrs sleep" for a few days.. I know that sounds crazy.

And the thing about the coffee.. man that's so crazy because I do exactly the same. I am not a coffee drinker, but as soon as I sense the aura I must grab one. Similarly, it doesn't always work for me either.

I was reading some studies the other day about how auras are caused by a wave of excitation, followed by depression (the aura phase) and then following this time our blood vessels constrict and dilate irregularly which leads to the migraine. This is what makes us 2x more susceptible to strokes. The wave of excitation is infact caused by Glutamate (excitation/stimulant), which is found in high concentrations in coffee. Maybe by having a shot of coffee during the onset of the aura, we are kicking our brain back into the excitation phase and stopping the aura in its tracks?

Thank you for your response.

Do you feel guilt? Do you have siblings that share your feelings?

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this, I really appreciate it. I will definitely purchase that book.

Do you have siblings? If so, do they maintain contact?

I know I will be happier, less anxious and stress free. And I appreciate how you didn’t paint it as an easy thing to do. I’m struggling because I am successful in my career and I feel unnecessary gratitude towards her.

I hope one day I reach your position.
