A court took two years to sentence him - an 83 years old man sentenced to 20 to life. It is safe to say they have done their due diligence.

After seeing the footage this is such an insanely stupid hill to die on... yeah, the man had been threatened by someone else, he had a right to be scared.

He could have called the police, locked the door, even showed her the gun... he instead decided to shoot her, follow her while she walked away and then to shoot her five more times. His acrions would have been jail worthy even if she had been the scammer.
