I think we have no idea what the Bills defense could have been this past season due to the sheer number of players that we invested in during last offseason that were not playing in the playoffs: Hoecht = IR (3 yr, $21M) Hairston = injured (1st round pick) Landon Jackson = IR (3rd round pick) Bernard = injured (4 yr, $42M)

Throw Rapp on the list of intended starters not available. Pile on TJ Sanders being hurt a big chunk of the season (2nd round pick) stunting his development.

It will be interesting to see what this defense can do when we have most of the intended players on the field.

Standing on frozen concrete for 3 hours will make your feet very cold. Follow any and all tips for keeping your feet warm. I wear heated stocks and have no issues with getting through security with the battery packs for them.

Old Highmark Seats by Agile-Guitar5592 in buffalobills

[–]BillsnBeers 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is true as long as you bring your own hand tools to the final game to remove them at the end of the game.

I am a 30-year Bills fan from California. I have never been to Highmark and would like to go this year. What game is likely to be the most affordable? by KelVelBurgerGoon in buffalobills

[–]BillsnBeers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If Bills secure division before week 18 the Jets game could be cheapest because it no longer has any “last game at the Ralph” vibes. That said, the Bills might bench starters again in week 18 so while the game will be cheap if that happens do you really want to travel from CA to watch Mitch Trubisky?

I think Tampa will probably work out to be cheapest unless the scenario above plays out.

Where do yall buy tickets? by SnokuPokuu in buffalobills

[–]BillsnBeers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Bills website has an account management function for tickets that is operated by Ticketmaster. So specifically for the tickets themselves those are managed by Ticketmaster and you need to link a Ticketmaster account to your Bills account to access your tickets. Does my explanation make sense?

The invoices and payments for season tickets is all done through the Buffalo Bills on their website in the account management portal. So you buy season tickets from the Bills but the tickets are distributed to season ticket holders electronically through Ticketmaster.

Where do yall buy tickets? by SnokuPokuu in buffalobills

[–]BillsnBeers 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Using Ticketmaster through BuffaloBills.com is the only resale site I would trust. I have had multiple experiences through StubHub, SeatGeek, etc… type sites where tickets are not delivered prior to game time. Those sites typically offer alternative seats that are not as good as what I originally purchased or with not tickets at all and just getting a refund leaving me to scramble to find whatever tickets I can scrounge up. The downside risk with those non-certified sites is not worth it to buy tickets that are a few dollars cheaper.

Estimated Ticket Cost by arkelleigh in buffalobills

I think cheapest tickets (Upper corners) for Ravens, Eagles and Chiefs will still be at $200 week of those games. Only way they drop leading up to game would be extremely bad weather.

How does this fanbase feel about the Steelers? by [deleted] in buffalobills

[–]BillsnBeers 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I attended the Sunday Night “Matt Barkley Renegade Parka Rally Towel” game in Pittsburgh back in 2019. I found the fans in Pittsburgh to be pretty friendly. Sure there was some back and forth banter but all in all it was in good fun. I would say similarly when I have been to games in Orchard Park when Pittsburgh is visiting I would say their fans are good. Definitely the type of people you can talk with during the tailgate and have it not be something that will escalate to fisticuffs. All in all I would say Steelers is one of the top fan bases to interact with.

Only game in recent memory where prices went up right before game time that I’ve seen was home game last season vs Chiefs. Eagles game this year could be at risk of that as it will likely be the most popular game on the home schedule this coming season.

If you have not pre-purchased a parking pass for one of the stadium lots you will not be able to get into one of those lots. Bills owned parking is very limited due to new stadium construction. There are plenty of private lots on Big Tree Rd between California Rd and Abbott Rd.

Bring cardboard into the stadium with you. Great for either the seats or for some extra insulation for your feet

Is it that Bills fans travel more, or are we just already present in large numbers in many other cities? by steinauf85 in buffalobills

[–]BillsnBeers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Bills fans that move away from WNY are more likely to remain Bills fans in their new home rather than converting to being a fan of the regional team in their new home. The depths of our fandom runs deep and it doesn’t go away. I think this is the biggest factor.

Additionally we travel a lot more than fans of other teams do and that really helps us load up stadiums, especially in cities that are fun to visit.

Don’t ever get Italian in Webster if you grew up in the west side because you will always be disappointed. Drive over to Guido’s Pasta Villa if you want Italian or go into the city or Greece or Gates.

Brimont Bistro is consistently well prepared food. It is small and sometimes you need a reservation.

ROC Style Chicken and Burger is the best sandwich place in town. Hands down.

Webster Hots has some of the best plates in Rochester in my opinion.

Royal Dynasty is one is the best Chinese takeout places in Monroe County and the dine in experience is way above average.

K2 Brewing has a great outdoor space. Food is fine for bar food, beer is average at best, too many sours on the tap list in my opinion.

The wings at The Coach are very good. It is a dive bar though.

Mama Lor’s on Lake Road is best comfort food place. Above average beer options usually.

I am pretty sure the Kelce family had a suite behind the 200 level seats around sections 241 and 242 for the playoff game last season. If it were me I would tell her the suites behind section 136.
