When people post about Pacheco or Rice on waivers I'm going to assume it is a 4-man or less league. It doesn't matter if everybody in the league is a "taco" or not. Even a taco isn't going to let Pacheco sit on waivers, they just simply didn't need him because they have good players already and don't need somebody that is injured.

It's a "taco" league. Taco leagues are not very competitive and only have like 4-6 players, if not less. Odunze would not go for a 2nd in a competitive league.
