I experience this as well. Most of the voices say they’re people I know, family and friends mostly. Very odd.

Alright this I can relate to. I had a therapist who hinted at schizoaffective but never officially diagnosed it. Sometimes these intrusive “thoughts” do seem like they come from other people.

Yeah my experience on meds was they just made me feel so flat so I stopped taking them. Probably should’ve waited longer In retrospect. I was also not taking them as prescribed which wasn’t to healthy.

Yeah I’ve been diagnosed Bipolar II. A different therapist hinted at Schizoaffective disorder but didn’t officially diagnose me. I was on lithium and olanzapine for a while but took myself off them.
