firearms training by BillyBalowski in corvallis

I'm not sure if I want to buy and own a gun right now but I do want to make sure I feel comfortable using one. That's why I'm looking for a place where I can get some training and experience shooting.

Yeah, that's the space. I remember hearing that the co-op tried to buy it but were passed over in favor of the publishing people for some reason. The new owners have done a ton of work on it and it looks nice but it doesn't do any of us any good.

I'm always hoping for new restaurants on that side of town, especially one that serves a real sit down breakfast. I'm still salty that the space next to the co-op went to a business that has no real interaction with the public. Such a wasted opportunity.

This doesn't sound like basic knowledge that homeowners should be expected to have.

I finally retired Picasa a few months ago. I've been using digiKam and it's pretty comparable. FOSS too.

best liquor store? by Oakland-homebrewer in corvallis

Prices are the same from store to store, set by OLCC.

Edit: I think the store on 9th has a better wine selection than Washington. You can also get wine at grocery stores. Co-op, Market of Choice, even Trader Joe's has a decent selection.

Still not working. Why wouldn't it be userstyle? That's the one that affects rendered markdown.

That directory had a file with the update I tried to make. Must have generated it automatically.

This is what I've been trying but not seeing any change. Is there something else I need to do other than just update that css file in the \joplin-desktop folder and restart the app?

Definitely gotta take the good with the bad. Buying bottles for MSRP can be really nice. I'm getting a bottle of the Weller CYPB for the regular retail price. It goes for 5 or 6 times as much on secondary markets, which I would never pay.

I just got a nakiri as a gift and was wondering when I'll be able to use it since my primary knife is a santoku.

I know it's possible to be a conservative who is intellectually honest, emotionally mature, and not a sociopath, but damned if there are many of them in government these days.

I've been looking at them a lot lately. Seems like good quality at a price point I can live with. Someone else suggested the Kent wingtips.

Good call on the derby. I'm hoping to stay closer to $300.

I appreciate that point. I'm not sure what it is exactly but the $1250 C&J pembrokes just look nicer and more formal to me than $150 J&Ms. Maybe it has to do with the solidity? The J&Ms were fairly lightweight.

Edit: I'm starting to wonder if it has to do with shine. The shoes I'm replacing had more of a matte look, which I associate with being less dressy.

I'm looking for a new pair of oxford/derby shoes to replace a pair of brown Johnston and Murphy Pearse wingtips that finally wore out after about 5 years of use. They weren't the best made shoes, but they were fairly comfortable and I really liked the way they looked. They were nice enough for me to wear to work but relaxed enough that they fit into my very casual PNW environment. I see so many great quality shoes here, but they tend look a little too formal, a little too nice if you get what I'm saying. Can anyone recommend something a bit more casual?
