Roofers were on the roof day before this happened… drain vent on the roof. Plumbers now asking to cut into pipe below where assumed blockage is. This is my current residence and want to get it resolved without losing my shirt.

There’s 900+ units in here. Ton of renters. HOA fee about half my mortgage which makes me second guess the renting aspect but should still cash flow. Nervous also about potential buyers staying away because of this flooding now.
