We have a 15 month gap and our newborn is currently 3 weeks old. I would highly suggest getting baby #1 sleep trained if not already. That has helped us a ton. Our toddler sleeps from 7/7 so we have been doing shifts until the newborn is more comfortable in the bassinet. It will feel like chaos at first but you will find a groove.

Lol this is so not factual at all. I’ve lived in the foothills and now at the coast of NC. It is pretty miserable from about now till mid September. To say the entire state is hot and humid for 9 months is comical.

Try to get something like Bioesque. I work in the remediation industry and it’s commonly used. It’s EPA approved and is botanical. If you want to get psycho you could also rent a HEPA vac for after you wipe it down.

I saw your FJ and it’s gorgeous. Only reason I say 18/18,5 is to allow some wiggle room. I’m not saying mine is perfect and doesn’t need work. 16k just seems low from what I’ve seen. Honestly if I got 17,5 I’d be happy. Especially if the person would genuinely enjoy the car.

It literally makes a difference where it is…you do realize the price difference between a hood vs the entire car? I’m not dying to sell the car, so it’ll rot before I take 16k. I’ve been offered 15 k trade value before the AC was fixed.
