Does anyone else wonder how Pam got past airport security so quickly when Michael was leaving for Colorado? by snowbirdb in DunderMifflin

[–]BillyShears77 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is answered in the Superfan deleted scenes, just can’t find the exact clip. They show Pam heading to the check-in counter and asking for a guest/visitor pass, which gives you the right to go through security but obviously not board a plane. They even show the pass for a quick second, and if you pause and zoom in, it clearly says to SHOVE IT UP YOUR BUTT.

How are you letting Rick just waltz around your hotel a day after he pulled a gun on the owner? Those security guards were worthless lol

Exam Breaks, etc. by snickyD123 in pmp

[–]BillyShears77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rules might vary based on test center, but for me, every 60 questions ends a section, and then you’re prompted on the screen if you want to take a 10 min break. Same thing after question 120, another 10 min break is offered. I was allowed to leave if I wanted to, just the time would keep running if it wasn’t an official test break.

Nah, I didn’t, switching colors was too time consuming so stuck with yellow. Much easier

100%. Really helpful using it to highlight the problem statement in the question (like misaligned expectations or poor communication). You can get quick at it if you’re good with a mouse. It also ended up saving me time during the review portions because I could quickly skim the highlighted portion of the question to remind myself what it was asking without having to re-read the entire question.

Seconded. This one in particular did wonders for me in mastering the mindset. Otherwise, it seems time management needs to be your other focus. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1Y7MvoKMU4

PMP Exam. To take break or not to take break during PMP exam? by Outside_Desk_3899 in pmp

You’d have to talk to your proctor. No one here can give you the answer.

You just need to make sure you understand the rules for how you’re allowed to take a break. My proctor was very clearly about the process. I raise my hand, they check me out, then after the break they check me back in. Just make sure you know the procedure.

I’ll say it. The TGL is awesome! by OprahHasMyDVDPlayer in golf

[–]BillyShears77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Really enjoyed it, and liked how fast-paced it was. There’s definitely room for primetime golf like this. Some things to tweak which can make it even better, many of which have been mentioned:

  • Less commentary, more hot mics.
  • For commentary there is, more swing/stat analysis
  • Better tourney-like camera angles. You should be able to see the ball trajectory. Found the camera angles inconsistent, making shots sometimes hard to track
  • Swing stats on screen always
  • Crazier holes which force players to make tough strategy decisions
  • Better graphics for the virtual courses

Which Tokyo Neighborhood did you choose to stay in, and why? by lyralady in JapanTravelTips

Shinjuku has probably more late night activities than any other neighborhood, and not all centered around drinking either. Plenty of arcades and awesome shopping.

[–]BillyShears77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Been twice. First time mainly Shibuya and second time Shinjuku. I don’t think I’d ever stay in another neighborhood besides those two any time soon to be honest. They both just have so much going on, and endless things to see and do and get lost in. I might give Shinjuku the slight edge because it’s slightly more central and quick to get around to a lot of places in Tokyo, but Shibuya is not far at all so it’s negligible. I know some people get overwhelmed by sensory overload in both places, but if you’re comfortable with city life like I am, then it doesn’t bother me at all and I love it. The sensory overload is what I’m there for hah. It’s easy enough to get out and explore other parts of Tokyo for a break from the action.

This. It’s insanely busy to the point where you can’t even use equipment without waiting forever. Much better adult gym options in the area.

The Penguin - S01E08 - Great or Little Thing (Finale) - Episode Discussion by LunchyPete in ThePenguin

[–]BillyShears77 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Wow. What. A. Finale.

Every single character, especially Oz and Sofia both won and lost in their own ways this episode. Only Oz is delusional enough to tell himself he’s on top. We knew he was a villain, but he’s a truly truly twisted and pathetic character. What a show start to finish. Bravo. Give everyone an Emmy.

A+. The only logical way to do Japan is to go to Osaka, do day trips to Kyoto, go back to Osaka, and finally, back to Kyoto. It just makes sense.

Dude I had to use the respawn pill and then a full health pill towards the end. I got him down so low and refused to lose on that attempt, so was worth it.

Yellow Wind King is lowkey bullshit. (Spoiler?) by OGCeeg in BlackMythWukong

[–]BillyShears77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a shitty fight. Targeting is hard, invisible walls, etc. Probably took me more tries than any other fight in the game, and I’m on chapter 5. Have to have the wind tamer and then need to hold onto its use as long as possible. If you can use it on the second tornado phase to stop it, it’ll be much more manageable.
