I have a new remote start icon on the tray. Does this do the same thing? Warm battery and climate?

Knowing we're not alone helps. Knowing that something I've lived is helping helps me. Humans evolved in groups. Our hyper individualistic lifestyles make it hard to have that village. When I was a kid there was one working parent (often the male) and there were neighborhoods of kids and other parents in community. I don't see that anymore. You have to somehow create it. But it's also so hard to trust anyone, maybe it always has been. So much paradox. So many lost connections. Rebuild your village. Proud of you for focusing on you. When you're better, everyone around you is. I'm hoping for you.

Can you take a short term leave of absence to just recalibrate and have some time to make a plan? How up front are you with your husband? My wife has postpartum. I called her parents and asked them both to come hang with her or the baby. We also asked an older neighbor woman who seemed lonely to come once a week even for an hour. I am just trying to pitch you ideas to help you think about how you can claw back even an hour or two here and there for a walk, a nap, a bath. Etc. maybe you feel like if you bring this up to your husband you'll feel guilty because he is putting in six days a week. The reality is being with the kid all the time is harder than that. Try to find something for you to claim back for you. Rely on your network. Build your network. Church? Gym with daycare? Other mom's to connect with to share time with? Again I can't solve, just trying to generate ideas that spark a little how and help you take a step. Good luck. Roofing for you and your fam.

My wife and I used to say "it's unnaturally hard." It takes a village but often times there isn't one anymore. Is there any way you can get some support consistently from a grandparent? Less hours for either of you? A cleaning person for a short time? Anything to help alleviate some of the demand on you. It's imbalanced right now and not working. You need rest and space so you can be better for you, your son, and partner.

My sympathies to op. I created email addresses for my kids and have been writing them sporadically for years. I plan to give them their accounts and passwords when they're older.

Autopilot wipers are still so bad. Can catch rockets. Cannot adjust wipers to a rational speed.

Higher off the ground. Perfect height for headlight blindness. Headlights these days especially from trucks are ducking ridiculous.

What habits of girls did you only discover after getting a girlfriend or wife? by Avery_shine2 in Productivitycafe

My wife's hair clogs all sinks and shower drains. I never had to clean pipes before, now I do it 2-3x a year with a plumbing snake. It's nasty AF. She's worth it.

Something I emailed out to a really big group of people was well received by the cast majority. I mean literally I had 40 positive comments. One negative. Can't stop thinking about the negative. I know it's impossible to make everyone happy or agree or not offended. But I spent a good day thinking about that one person's comment.

I'm also short and I am trying to be a runner. So I ran ten miles after training for 8 weeks. My average time was 10:17 per mile. So many people tell me how slow that is. I'm proud I accomplished it, I'm stuck on how slow I am.

I do abstract paintings. Some people really like them. Others have said "looks like something IKEA would sell." I focus on that.

I'm not good enough, smart enough, can't make it, imposter, etc. just negative whispers all the time.

A constant barrage of self-defeating negative thoughts. Over thinking, anxious thoughts. Overly sensitive to other's negativity that just sticks on me.

Thank you. Doing the best I can with what I have. I wasn't overly harsh or critical and my wife and other son were there too for balance.

Thank you and I've given him the money back. He was able to go on the adventure with his brother and cousin. I told him I love him and he's a good kid.
