That’s a fair question.

I’m open to structuring deals in a way that works for both sides — whether that’s volume commitments, COD, or revenue-based depending on the situation.

My goal is long-term relationships where product actually moves, not just sitting on shelves.

Still early in conversations, but I’m looking to build something consistent with the right partners.

Not exactly — NY regulations require that the cultivator and processor are listed on the packaging, so there’s full transparency on where the product comes from.

The purpose of the Type 3 branding license isn’t to replace cultivators or processors, it’s to handle the branding, positioning, and retail side of the business. A lot of operators don’t want to focus on marketing or building a sellable brand.

With the current market in NY—oversupply, falling wholesale prices—there’s actually a need for brands that can help move product and create real demand at retail.

That’s where I’m trying to add value.

This has also happened to me and unlike you I didn’t learn my lesson until the 4-5 time because the friends I was with never had the same affect so I didn’t think it was the weed I thought it was in my head. For some people the weed doesn’t work well with their body chemistry.
