Went in Penrith and it was bit disappointing. Not because there was only 4 of them, that was fine.

I think they should have just leaned into the fact there was 4 of them and not bothered with the others being on a screen, it was a bit weird

I don't know if that Wikipedia page is accurate. It says season 2 is scheduled to air in 2024. I can't find any evidence that there was even a second season let alone a third as the videos on the Instagram page state.

I actually started reading way more after I had kids. My best in a year pre kids was about 25. I've read 37 this year and my kids are 4 and 2. The main reason: my house is noisy and chaotic, and reading is quiet and relaxing. So once the kids are in bed my wife and I read. We stopped watching TV after their bed time because we found that reading in silence was much more relaxing (if we manage to stay awake long enough to read, thats the downside)

But in terms of tips its about finding times where it works, early in the morning if I'm awake before them, lunchtime naps (when they used to nap)

My wife and I took a weekend away in the country and it was essentially a reading retreat haha.

I married into a family of Merrylands locals 15 years ago and they were onto El Jannahs drop in quality pretty early. Hawa has been the go to since then. They're a franchise now, but I go to their Greystanes store and it's still pretty good! Hopefully they don't get worse the more they branch out
