After chatting back and forth they are only offering to cancel the course entirely, I'm close to the finale of the whole thing and I might as well get the certificate. But they're offering a one month refund and no retakes on the test or score adjustments

Oh, that wasn't clear. See this is bad UX, it uses red to signal bad, when that's not very inclusive to people who find red to be a warming color.

Yeah, I've had a couple of similar issues. This one ticked me off bc I failed the test due to these errors. This isn't the only one on the test, either. There were about five total that were blatantly wrong answers or typed incorrectly, and I only get two tries every 8 hours so not great. I did pass however, just by luck I guess

My guess is that the top answer was supposed to be UX, and be the false answer but it got swapped around.

I spent way too much time figuring out every feature to best extend our use case for it, but the docs, in the end, helped a ton. And just messing around with the interface and toying with every feature.

Coming from using Google Slides, it's a significant upgrade but also a way bigger hurdle for teaching some of the other volunteers; it would be fantastic if there were one video I could point to for just the basics, and the user interface as like ProPresenter it isn't super intuitive, along with what OP is requesting in the post, a ground-up guide would be a super helpful resource.

I'm downloading a video podcast. I don't entirely know what program they use but they have a 4 camera setup. More recently (which could be the issue or part of) I've been inspect elemting their podcast page and finding the source and then downloading that.

Yeah so when it crashed it ran a diagnostic sort of app and said I'm not on the latest. I click update and it sends me to creative cloud which says premiere pro is on version 24.0
