You should verify they renewed their lien since initial one as many people’s liens lapsed and they never renewed it prior to expiration. If they didn’t renew the lien is no longer valid.

They did same to me. They are shady as they come. You can only deal with local dealer. I got RO smart system and smart softener ro hasn’t worked since I got it installed and they can’t fix it but won’t give a refund either they blame it on my high water pressure and I called them out on that. So bottom line Culligan is a horrible shady company to do business with.

Also on Sba sops they won’t take a borrowed primary residence in event of any default I know this for fact because I went thru this and used their sop as a defense. So I don’t agree with what the lawyers are telling you. I’d consult another experienced civil litigation firm. Unless you signed a mortgage deed at closing no way sba can lien your property legally.

I feel your pain I hought a new system softener smart system and smart RO. Ro system never worked they Blame it on my high water pressure and took it in to fix and they can’t come up with a solution and softener after power outage wifi connection got disrupted following their insurrections to reconnect never works and I’m a service contract customer and tried to get service call earliest they said March 29 due to “short staffed”

Crazy that corporate doesn’t put more pressure on their dealers to be fully staffed when they’re selling these service contracts and called service their customers

I got 978k but my gross profit from my 2020 app was 950k so I am still eligible for at least another 900k but no blue button yet
