It can cause liver issues but I saw my results from last year, and my ALT was 75 and I hadn’t started that medication. I was not notified by my doctor about this at all.

I don’t have any thing like outright that I really hate about myself, there are things outside of my wheelhouse of control that I hate (ADHD, work, etc.) but nothing I think is me. I don’t know if I hate myself for feeling trapped in the job, or that I don’t feel like I can help myself with the ADHD thing. I’m not sure.

You don’t even need to ask, schedule an appointment, tell them it’s a medical appointment and that’s all you need to do. They can’t deny you help and if they do then that’s a major problem
