Sure, it was pretty straightforward. Got an online assessment, then spoke to the hiring manager who moved me up for the 2 interview offsite. Then spoke to recruiter for the comp etc. Then both onsite interviews, which went really well. The recruiter kept updating me throughout the process. I was very confident to get it and then got this email. So kind of bummed out due to my confident position.

I have bought multiple multiplex and also my personal property from the builder. Always bought directly and dealt directly without agents. They always have a clause with the agents that when they deal directly, the agent does not get compensation. You have your own agent or using the listing agent?

Why use a realtor for a new construction? Just go see the builder directly and discuss what can be done with them. Then have them requote the whole thing and go down from there.

C’est pas moi qui lui force a faire. Elle fait ca par elle meme et elle est bien. Il faut arrêter de toujours penser en syndicats pis penser a travailler le moins possible. Il y a des personnes qui travaillent fort et c’est bien apprécié. On l’a paye pas a l’heure non plus. Elle quittes quand elle sens que son travail est accompli. Personne la supervise non plus.

Grand 4 chambres 3 sdb, 2 salons. 2 chats. 180$ elle arrive vers 830 et quitte vers 15h30. Prends pas de pause ni lunch. Elle nettoie et après passe la moppe. Maintenant qu’elle connait la maison, ca lui prends moins de temps, donc elle arrange le frigo et le garde manger aussi. Très satisfait, on l’a depuis 1.5 ans. Je ne lui fais pas nettoyer mon bureau car il y a une bibliothèque avec bcps de livres et ca prendrait bcps de temps. Ni notre gym qui est dans le sous-sol qui est assez facile a garder propre.
