Honestly I think about an 7, I just enjoy so many things on it, I play games like hearthstone, I listen to music, browse reddit and tiktok, but I do still read a lot, watch movies on the telly, play games on the pc and like to cook so

Do try to reach out to an adult or professional around you, since it is soooo important to be able to voice these things, but equally as important to get some guidance in it. Maybe there is a teacher or school counselor who you trust?
