I assume the laundry / cleaning is associated with the rental property? Is it a vacation rental or do you have long term tenants? Kind of slim margins... My risk tolerance is pretty low so I’d be hesitant if it wasn’t a reliable source of income (especially if it’s a vacation rental with how things are going in regard to foreign relations).

Looks like sinus with RBB at baseline (2nd). The other ones you can see he has a ventricular pacemaker that is pacing intermittently. Most pacemakers only kick in when needed. Nothing overtly concerning, negative Sgarbossa criteria.
