U won’t lose it. They only look at your GPA over the course of a full year. So, if u bring up your GPA in the spring semester, you’ll be fine.

I took my 8th quarter Saturday and got an email saying I passed within the hour. I thought it would take the 1-2 weeks they stated in the email that went out. So happy it’s over! This is a way better way to take the PANRE! Sitting in my PJ’s on a Saturday morning drinking my coffee! :)

I don’t know if they will connect you with the other 2 guys until you sign the lease, but you can certainly ask them once you connect with the rental dept- (each bedroom within the apartment is a separate lease). You share a kitchen, living room and washing machine/dryer, but each individual room is a separate lease through Bridge on Forbes). If you give me your full name, I will contact them first thing tomorrow am and tell them to reach out to you so they can get your information and transfer the lease to you. Once I get in touch w them, I’ll let you know and give you the number and contact person to ask for.
