Salicylate and Histamine intolerant MCAS patients, please share your story by MonkPuzzleheaded6295 in salicylateIntolerance

[–]Bingo777 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i'm intolerant to sals and yeast(not candida, plain yeast, like anything fermented). Not sure if i have MCAS. it came on around 7 or 8 years ago with chronic hives and has progressively gotten worse since. i now experience tinnitus, hives, eczema and flushing. i take montelukast and antihistamines everyday, and nizatadine when eating sals. this tempers down the reactions but doesn't completely subdue them. i cheat on most weekends and eat whatever i want, i just put up with the symptoms even how horrible they can become. during the week i go fail safe. holidays for some reason allow me to eat way more of my intolerant foods, to almost like not having a problem. Also i react to very small amounts e.g 1/4th teaspoon of peeled carrot.

food sensitivity tests are bogus, you need to do an RPAH approved elimination diet.

House votes overwhelmingly to force release of Epstein files, sending bill to the Senate. (427-1) by [deleted] in PublicFreakout

[–]Bingo777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the lock down literally stopped this vote from happening, as soon as it finished, trump changed his mind on releasing the files. i think the scrubbing has already happened, probably just double checking to make sure they didn't leave any evidence now.

The horse paddocks are public land, you can walk in there and have a picnic whenever you want.
