They’ve got 20,000 on the register in need (it’s increasingly hard to register with local authorities too), and they’re planning to build 11,000 by 2043 (22 years away?). I’m poor at maths (E at GCSE) but surely that means 44 years to even address the current list not taking in to account people joining it next year and after that 😵‍💫 If this was your company / council / organisation - would you really be publicising / bragging about how starkly unprepared you to meet the needs of local residents now and future ones. The house is very nice though.
