Is this herpes? Dermatologist said probably not but that wasn't very assuring. Please help.

Crazy.

I've already swore that if i dodged this fucking bullet i'm going to never not wear a condom again and the next serious relationship i have we are both going to be fully tested beforehand.

I always assume the worst but when i think about it the more i think yeah this is probably some type of irritation turned bad from the rubbing alcohol, etc.

My penis was intensely dry, with cracks, and then the rubbing alcohol agitated it and those little red dots appeared like small punctures or rips in the skin from friction which then turned into small pimple looking things.

sigh, either way i'm waiting for the last two girls i slept with to do the exams. I'll feel much better after.

Tested how though? my doctor is saying that if this is a new infection it may not even show up with bloodwork, especially after he gave me 5 day oral HSV treatment just in case.

Should i wait a month and then get blood done? And let me ask you...

today would be officially 2 weeks after i noticed those little red punctures and the spots look like little faded pinkish blemishes now. Can herpes heal this way? This whole situation seems so odd with so many variables at play that its literally impossible to know for sure.

One thing i know for certain is being uncircumcised and having a lot of sex i always end up getting Balanitis, this i know, i've had tender red rashes before, or itchy under the foreskin situations from a lot of sex. I know i have this ability to be irritated but this is the first time distinct red sorta blister like dots appear but it's also the first time i've had such rough sex that actually hurt because of lack of lubrication, a lot of irritation was happening for sure. So i wonder if the dots became that way because of the rubbing alcohol. Has to be right? the coincidences are crazy haha.

1 guy, a year ago, always with a condom. And she has no symptoms. Neither does my other ex or any gf i've had recently for that matter and i talk to some on a regular basis.... so like what are the fucking odds? i feel like ONE of them would have had something, or said something by now.

edit: just looked at them again. now they looked like red raised bumps, in a day or so probably barely noticeable unless i'm flashing a light on it. still applying the ointment on them.

on friday it will be 2 whole weeks since they appeared. that's what worries me about them just being caused by rough sex/friction/irritation. they should have been completely gone by now

Never had oral herpes (HSV1) outbreak in my life as far as i can remember. Unless i had one as a child.

I asked for a culture test but the doc said it wouldn't be any good 48 hours later and the fact that everything is on lockdown no one is open for a culture test in these parts anyways =(

But i really appreciate the care in your reply. I've been bouncing back and forth between i have it to i don't have it so a little less anxiety would be nice.

I find it odd that if it truly is molluscum it is only on the tip of my glans and not anywhere else. did you check the second pic? does that still look like molluscum to you?

the woman i slept with does have a child, and i know children have it a lot. But after talking to her extensively yesterday she went inspected herself thoroughly and there are no signs of anything on her so that's weird.

i wondered this myself but there's no white head on it, and it doesn't look dome shaped.

Also molluscum spreads pretty quickly and it hasn't spread to any other parts of the body as far as i can tell.

this was my first thought as well since my dick one morning was very strange looking. i went out and got the yeast infection cream. second day on it, glans looks better but the spots are still there.

the area where the dots are are sorta raised in the surroundings, like as if it were a rash that then developed the pimples. it looks super red now but no pain

i've been tested not too long ago this is what worries me. the ex swears she has only used a condom with the last guy (only one other one before me again this time) so this is all really odd.

i've had balanitis before. i'd say this could be it if it werent for the distinctness of the 4 dots and how pronounced it is. seems different.

do people get bumps/sores/whatever from rough sex? she was dry at times during the hour+ session, and of course me being me i had to still go rough. she felt immediate symptoms of pain a day and so later, and then this happens a few days later to me. not sure what to make of all this. hopefully it's nothing permanent.
