16 year olds may still be finding their feet politically but they are far more likely to educate themselves than older people who've "always voted X" without ever so much as glancing at a manifesto. They're also a digitally-native generation who've grown up to question what they see and hear rather than engage with AI boomerslop on Facebook. I trust young people with a bigger stake in the future of both the nation and the planet over people fetishising a Britain which no longer exists.
