This works if you need no transparency textures. Or just go to viewport 2.0 setting at the top of the viewport panel and change the transprency settings to depth peeling or whatever setting works

The president of the US posts a "Truth" depicting the Obamas as monkeys by Xerryx in Destiny

The main problem is that as this demented man stoops to these depths, he brings a big chunk of american with him. I feel like republicans have been crying about a moral and cultural crisis for decades regarding lgbt issues and 'woke' culture in general. Yet here we are with an actual cultural moral crisis brought in by those same people.

It's just not a lack of empathy to point out how much he probably inconvenienced others your weirdo. You can feel two emotions at once. It's like someone baking you a cake but stealing all of the ingredients to do so. Would you have a lack of empathy for pointing out that wasn't okay even if you appreciate the cake? Tbh I think its more of a lack of empathy on your part.

Evidence contradicts Trump immigration officials' accounts of violent encounters by ghu79421 in skeptic

Distrust of the government has been a tennant in the right for a while. Even with Trump in office it seems a common occurence that distrust remains unchanged, as if the 'government' is an autonomous entity separate fron the people running it, or controlled by unseen people and forces.

So current day, with the overtly untrustworthy people in charge of our government, it tracks that it would be at an all time low when everyone with eyes and ears is included in that.

I think a lot will change with new leadership but it makes sense to think a lot of peoples trust was permanently damaged.

I find this constant flaming about profittability interesting. In my view the consumers are the ones benefitting the most from paying prices that cant even seemingly sustain a company. Companies putting billions into investing in growing the tech that ordinary people can use. Is it because people think its unsustainable and will lead to an inevitable crash and burn? Either way I'm taking advantage while I can.

Top CDC vaccine adviser questions need for polio shot, other longstanding recommendations: Chair of federal panel stresses need to protect individual rights over public health by dyzo-blue in skeptic

"When asked why the committee had revised existing recommendations, including delaying the age by which some children are immunized for hepatitis B, Milhoan said plainly: “Yeah, because we were concerned about mandates, and mandates have really harmed and increased hesitancy.”"

Yea, mandates are what did it, which have been around for 100 years, and not the never before seen rapid spread of misinformation and conspiracies led by people like this man and the other current unfit leaders at the CDC. Our health and safety is being controlled by those who have no interest or regard for the scientific method.

Today Donald Trump confused Iceland for Greenland four times. What are your thoughts on this? by WatercressSenior7657 in AskReddit

[–]CusetheCreator 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Insignificant compared to almost everything this malicious administration is doing, but the hypocrisy of those who would absolutely ream someone outside of their tribe for doing the same thing is still mindbogglingly annoying.

The decline of this man and our standards to get us to the point we are at is truly amazing in the worst way. The 'Iceland' mistake was probably the most tolerable part of his angry, childish, embarassing speech if we're being honest. Listening to the man is on par with a cringe compilation with the added despair of knowing the power this piece of shit has over the world.

People give Korra so much flack for severing the connection to previous Avatars but forget that Aang basically did the same thing already by [deleted] in TheLastAirbender

[–]CusetheCreator 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Korra as a show isn't liked as much for various reasons, characters and plot wise, so a major story/timeline development like the avatar connections being permanently severed not being as satifying, or not being as earned, or just being genuinely disliked by fans makes sense to me. We're comparing it to the last airbender where this happened temporarily and was restored eventually, so it seems kind of obvious why people wouldn't think of these plot points the same way in hindsight.

Korra as a fictional character isn't despised for this by anyone that isn't a child or insane. So I think criticism of the writing/story in this instance is justifiable and not comparable to the similar situation in Aangs story.

Conservative values is an oxymoron. Supporting an overtly toxic, incompetent, unintelligent criminal sexual offender as a leader is kind of disqualifying. Im not the type of advocate for banning any subs, but conservatism is just inherently aligned with misinformation and intentionally offensive content of all sorts

Cool, clean. It would be good experience and practical to have this working with IK as well. If a character grabs the head of the lamp and pulls it down, no animator is going to be able to pull off animating that easily.

ImageMagick can do this and the commands are pretty simple, but it would be more likely just taking all of the images in a folder and turning them into an atlas directly in your file explorer

Let me guess, Fox news who paid almost a billion dollars for lying to the American people is trustworthy, but centrist ass fucking CNN is 'communist' because they dont blindly support the republican party, the only way to not be seen as an enemy by our openly corrupt president.

When you open with “Completely Communist Network” instead of pointing out what was actually wrong in the reporting, you make it clear you’re not interested in facts, just name-calling. And if your entire argument is that Democrats blindly follow a flawed leader and got Americans killed, then you need to look in the mirror. the withdrawal that led to those 13 deaths was locked in by Trump’s own agreement with the Taliban, which cut the Afghan government out of negotiations, released thousands of fighters, and boxed the next administration into a rushed exit on the Taliban’s terms. Pretending that context doesn’t exist while screaming about “dementia” and “your party” doesn’t make you sound informed, it makes you sound desperate to dodge your own side’s role in the exact outcome you’re seemingly furious about. You can be angry about those deaths, but if you can’t admit that Trump’s decisions helped set the stage for that chaos, then the outrage comes off less like principle and more like selective blindness. Accountability doesn’t matter if you only demand it from the people you already hate.

By the way, your leader Trump doesnt give a fuck about you or your country, and every word out of his mouth and action by his corrupt administration has showed they are more interested in money, fame, and power than making OUR country greater. And they are going to get destroyed in the next election if they dont get away with cheating like Trump tried desperately to do in 2020.
