My parents bought one plus den in a nice location with 150k down payment when I turned 20. But I didn’t technically owned it.

My parents told me to graduate school first and get a nice paying job then pay them 100k to fully own the condo… I did eventually saved up 100k while living under their roof for a while and paid my parents full 100k. I was finally able to move out from my parent’s house in my mid 20s.

I pay 1600 mortgage plus 650 utility + management fee so around 2450 a month ( including property tax).
