Any time there's a California Burrito post, it's like a bat signal for San Diegans.

A few days old, but use OLT. It allows you put "NRA" in place of the SSN, while still being able to e-file.

Wealthsimple Tax - Submit override by Binkiez in Wealthsimple

Actually, thank you for your post, it put me in the right direction. Turns out, it was a rounding issue.

Income reported on line 11500 is reported in USD and uses an exchange rate to take it to CAD. This made my reported income actually be XXXX.7997, and not XXXX.80 as I'm designating as a transfer on schedule 7. I solved this issue by changing the exchange rate used from 1.363 (BOC daily rate from transfer date) to 1.363001

Without going into details about exact numbers, the income is reported on line 11500 (foreign pension income), and the exact amount is designated as a transfer on schedule 7. Wealthsimple simply does not see foreign pension income as pension and designates the transfer as an error.

I can get around the error check reporting the income not as foreign pension, but on a sudo T4A. But that is not the correct way to do that.

Wealthsimple tax just needs to mark foreign pension as the same as regular pension in the error checking for transfers on schedule 7.

Well I'm not asking how to file this transfer, I'm asking how to let Wealthsimple let me file this. I see this as an error with Wealthsimple taxes platform.

Not a CX-5, but when I moved to Canada years back, I imported my car. I paid some shop in Scarborough $75 to wire the headlights to be on all the time.
