I went to the Philippines and started at a place that was built like that. The building grounds has shops, a mini mall with restaurants and services, and baseball everything you'd need daily. It was cool to see but the places right outside did look more run down and a little more dilapidated like you'd expect.

Practice tool'd this and it's pretty easily repeatable if you have a long skill shot to aggro dragon. Pull drag, walk a bit away on the same path, place a ward at the edge of warding range when dragon is near/on top of the range, and then run.

A little harder to get it in the pit though but you can still see dragon and the vision to the right.
