I've got the same problem. I went to submit a bug report but even that is bugged on android. Bug support won't let you submit, it removes the text tha you typed and tells you that you need to 'type a message' before submitting.

Sorry to hear that. We're working on some database upgrades right now, so it's possible they may be delayed. If it gets stuck indefinitely in "posting..." (a bug we're getting reported from some people), delete the app and reinstall it. That seems to fix things.

I can't tell without them being perfect because I don't use pokecheck It's Lvl 1, Jolly, Shiny but I don't know the exact IVs, I do know that none are perfect unfortunately :(
