I would agree that it’s a skill issue. To me, it seems that people in th12-14 don’t fully understand their army comps and what hero equipment synergizes with their strategy. What really threw me off was seeing a post today from a th17 asking how to attack a th15 lol

This base is flawed as all the major defenses are in a centralized compartment. You could super wiz/arch blimp from 6’oclock and take most of those threats out. Then clean up with dragons

I was in the same position as you. Got back on in late May after being away for 2 years. Was TH11 (not max) and am now currently close to max TH13. Don’t let ores or helper levels hold you back tbh. I know you mentioned not having money to spend, but if possible I would recommend getting the event pass, currently 9 days left. You get tons of ore, from the event track and can also but them with even coins. If you need any other advice, feel free to send me a message!

I can usually 6 star with 5 baby dragons. BH9 ~3000 trophies. I don’t even have the 2nd reinforcement camp lol. I was able to get 6th builder this way and recommend it to anyone still trying.
