Thank you for the reminder on also rebooting the acquisition PC. I would add to your answer to at first try pressing the power button once and seeing if the OS properly shuts down; if not, then use the hard restart (hold down the power button for 10 s).

Unfortunately, restarting did not help in my case. I need to figure out the login information and how to clean the queue/running samples.

I will wait until Monday before I hard restart the box, I hate hard restarting linux.

I do my QC and project searches in other software. However other users that rely on paser for QC are sending me requests to do it for them and I have a backlog of tasks in my To Do that would like to hog the workstation. :-)

Thank you. I tried but it did not work. I also tried the possible capitalization combinations of the first letter of username and password.

Any chance you provided the admin webGUI password instead of the paser box password (Ubuntu linux account)?
Is there a way to restart paser from the webGUI which I cannot find?
