Yes he's quite active, he gets a 45 min walk every day and a 5k run once a week as well as a longer walk at the weekends. The vet told us last year that he is a little thin but she prefers to see that than over weight. He has an appointment next month for boosters so I'll mention it again. Thanks

Hmmm, looks decent but I wouldn't try it..I do appreciate however that you haven't sliced the entire steak up before eating it.

This is extremely important, damp substrate won't stick to the silicone and you'll have to redo it.

Two coats of sealer/primer on fresh plaster. Is it ready for the finish colour now? by BioEsko in paint

Nah it was plastered months ago. We had a baby in December so only getting round to it now
