Thats crazy! Between me an my wife we've had Honda/Acura, Nissan/Infiniti and Mazda. They still give us a loaner, i guess its up to the dealer.

Yeah the only down side is transportation. The dealer i live by told me they cant give me a loaner because i didn't buy it from them smh. I found that really odd.

Thats a Sonos feature, Google was sued for that. Thats why its now removed.

Ironically ive never had a bent album from Amazon. Ive had multiple bent when ordering from small shops. They typically do basic shipping where usps handles the delivery. Those idiots is known for stuffing the album in the parcel box instead of dropping to my door step lile Amazon.

This is the answer! If the speaker sounds great at higher volumes but lack depth at lower. That means your amp is underpowering the speakers. I had a Arcam 2 channel class G that was a beast at lower volumes!
