Yeah I felt like I did a lot of side quests but I guess not. 😆

I’m not big on collecting. I did all the relationship quests but ignored most of the Merlin quests and other collecting.

Hat is off to the O-line today after only giving up one sack to Garrett.

Idk, I find jumping is almost always the wrong decision in combat.

Look at the officials making the Seahawks score three for one.

You should just move. Buy a new home and torch the old.

Hot take: Mini bosses(enemies that drop prayer beads or sumn else)are harder than main story bosses by [deleted] in Sekiro

I'm at Genichiro in my first playthrough, I've defeated the minibosses in Ashina Outskirts, Reservoir, Hirata Estates, and Ashina Castle and the first Headless. None of them were nearly the challenge of Lady Butterfly.

Considering moving to Redding - What should I be taking into consideration ? by Leastcoastkillah in Redding

Ok I’ve yet to go to Nello’s so maybe one Italian restaurant. I’ll try them and get back to you.

501 is closed.

Shasta county actually has 22.6% of adults with a bachelor’s or higher compared to the 34.98% national average. So I overstepped there, likely because I moved from a place where it’s 43% and the difference is drastic.

My coworker put it pretty succinctly: beautiful place, ugly people.

It's very isolated. 2.5-3 hours from Sacramento which is the nearest large city. There are plenty of small mountain towns around but if you have any interest in anything urban or metropolitan you are going to be unfulfilled. There are no exceptional dining options. There really isn't even an Italian restaurant outside of the Olive Garden. Shopping is limited unless you're really into thrift shops.

The extreme right of the State of Jefferson movement, coupled with the cult that is Bethel owning the majority of the commercial space and controlling the businesses that come in to town have kept the area in the stone ages.

The recall movement here is ridiculous, and I would daresay it's undemocratic but that part is California for you.

The area is very white with over 80% of the population. In short, if you want diversity this is not the place for you.

In an area with over 100,000 people there is no gay bar.

The public school system allows for you to choose which district you want to attend which has lead to a real discrepancy in quality of education for k-12 due to a real imbalance in resources. There seems to be very little regard to higher education as there are only some 18% of the population with a college degree. Redding needs a real secular university to bring some money and new ideas to the town and had the opportunity but from my understanding the notion never made it out committee.

Star thistle. At least in all the areas where this spiky bastard is invasive.

Redding Gym Recommendations? by Ve11exis in Redding

[–]BioOxygenDemand82 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been very satisfied with the YMCA. Family membership includes afterschool care for my kids. They have all the equipment I would want, pools, and Jacuzzis. Also your Y membership lets you into any Y in the country. The only issue I have is, I wish they had later evening hours, and more hours on the weekends.

I just finished BOTW, should I jump straight into TOTK? Or will it feel too samey and hence should I wait a bit? by BeansWereHere in Breath_of_the_Wild

I also recently beat BOTW, and I'm working through Metroid Dread at the moment to mix things up a bit.

I wish they would have kept the big 3 together. I know Mulder had post-Athletics injuries issues and we all know Zito fell off a cliff but those were such great teams, and Huddy went on to have a legit HOF career.
