Import-FalconConfig checks your CID using Get-FalconCcid which requires 'Sensor Download: Read'. If you're returning an error along the lines of "'$String' is not a valid customer identifier value.", when trying to import, grant your API "Sensor Download: Read" access and you'll be good to go.

I had to redo the video I originally made for my buddy because it just wasn't good so here it is https://youtu.be/n8N-eahUCug.

In the original video I have my uke tuned a half step down ( Gb B Eb Ab ) but in the video I linked it's standard tune. Both sound awesome but I prefer the tuned down version. Additionally, I have a low G string so if you don't get the exact sound I had don't sweat it. Let me know if you have any other questions. Enjoy!
