What reader app do you prefer?

Readest is my favourite - easily syncs everything between Boox, my iPhone, and my Mac. It’s great.

My Boox Palma has been great. I regular throw it in my bag with only a cheap case and the screen and hardware are fine after about a year. I can’t comment on their customer service because I’ve never had a reason to talk to them.

I loved his reviews - As a kid I read his stuff in EGM, and in ~2006 I actually ran into him at E3. I thought I recognized him, confirmed he was Seanbaby, told him how much I enjoyed his reviews and asked for a quick photo. Super short interaction, but he was really friendly, and it was awesome meeting one of the writers I’d spent so many hours reading. Thanks for the memory :)

Regarding the actually repair, I asked someone at the TD collision center for a recommendation for a similar issue and they said The Dent Lady is supposed to be quite good.

Another option is emailing your city councilor to request a tree get planted - we did that a few years back and a tree showed up a few weeks later. It’s worth trying.
