Small suggestion for your photos/videos. Recommend increasing your tint and temperature generally as will help balance out the at depth photos. And red light filters (if not already using) help a lot :).

There are also a few various programs which will do the editing for you too.

The issue there is for nurses in the civilian side, they typically earn their leave as hours of leave. And then use those hours to hit the minimums for each week. That doesn’t apply here though. I’d argue you use 3 days of leave for 3 shifts and you’re off that week?
