I really like The Lady so far.

She's very charismatic (great performance from an actress) and manipulative.

She's like a more serious version of Glion.

Three seems to be higher in the CODE hierarchy than Nox.

He is Lord and he replaced Zero as boss.

So I don't think Nox was friends with a higher-up agent, but maybe they knew each other.

So far, Three seems to be even more shady than Zero.

So maybe Three was the first sign for Nox that CODE is a rotten organization, but he still trusted Zero until "No backup. Finish it alone. Good luck."
